Health Insurance Massage

Several of our therapists accept Aetna, Providence, and Regence BCBS. Emily also accepts MODA/Connexus.

We bill insurance companies at $180 per hour; actual allowed amount is subject to our contract with the insurer. Patients are responsible for any claims not covered by their insurance.

MVA/PIP Recovery Massage

with Carisa or Lise

Our therapists are experienced at helping you recover from whiplash and other auto crash injuries. Reduce your pain and restore functional movement after an accident.

We will bill your insurance, usually with no out-of-pocket costs to you.

Physician’s referral required. Referrals can be faxed to 971-266-4723 or brought to your first appointment. On your intake form, please enter your claim and contact information.
